put all inspector property widget metadata in part xml #2486

move properties.xml into separate files in the parts folder. then allow any property to reference one of the files. for reference look-up start with the fritzing folder, then look at the local storage.

what if you create a new part with a new set of properties, how does that get copied when the part is posted?

remove imported label. Add parts label
