Include holes in maskBottom #2540

  1. skip solder mask around holes
  2. solder mask does not count the rectangle if a connector counts as a circle (i.e. look at a resistor)

The second point is not so straightforward. A plain resistor exports the soldermask correctly. Changing the pin spacing exports correctly. But in the context of schele-mixer8.fzz the mask output isn't right. What is the difference?

Holes are included in _maskTop.gts , but not in _maskBottom.gbs
