FRQ: Callout notes on components #2915

It would be quite useful if a (callout type) note could be attached to a component.

I'd attached a mockup of the idea, a component with a note is indicated for example by an asterisk, which can be clicked to open/close the "callout".

Quite similar to the existing note function except tied to a component and closable to get it out of the way.

PS: Is there a way to change the font size in notes, it's way too big, should be the same size as component labels.

This is not a bug, it is a new feature. The label should be changed. Regarding the font in the notes, that is a duplicate of #3141
