Show an error if parts are out of scale #4138

Problem

Parts that exceed scale are not displayed correctly. It is not obvious why these parts are not displayed.

Proposed Solution

Show an error if a part uses a scale of more than 10000 dpi

Alternative: Show an error if part size * dpi results is more than 10M
