Obsolete snootlab parts

Snootlab boards are not available anymore. Therefore I am moving them to the obsolete folder, and delete the bin.

Two issues to investigate before merging:

• The parts can be found via search (ok), but the user is not given any hint that they are obsolete.

Possible fixes: Modify parts description Fix Fritzing to always show this hint for parts from obsolete folder Add //obsolete// to family name
