some of the schematics has a too small connector terminal
so if you connect a trace the wire jumps to the middle of the
leg.
in this issue we collect these svgs and provide svg fixes till
they are integrated in main release.
download the svg and copy it to: %fritzing-dir%\parts\svg\core\schematic
and replace the old one
