new checks: invisible connectors, invisible terminals, missing terminals, missing_tags, pcb_connector_stroke, font_size, viewbox definitions, ids
CI to run only on changes
fixes for problems found by the new checks, especially broken terminals.

Note: transitory simulation and actions are still in development and not yet usable.

Preparing for merge, although the new introduced checks still report a high number of issues. These are not regressions, and are not directly connected to reported bugs.
