Issue with Python not being dectected #54

so even though i downloaded python it says "Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases."

i don't know what to do here. I followed all the steps to the video until the package part/actually getting the jit thing to work on the device it self.

Something with your PATH environment variable is wrong then. Try rebooting first. If that doesn’t work, either re-install python, make sure to check the box „add to path“ or fix it manually, there are plenty of guides online on how to edit environment variables :)

Alr so I actually had to log into the admin acc, everything worked until the app it self, it’s kept crashing

What app are you using? For pojavlauncher there’s one specific development version that works for MC 1.20+, for dolphin use the latest public beta.

Im using the pojav but idk which ver I am using, I mean I guess I'm using Alt store but yeah
