create missing icons for each theme #4

Not each theme has icons for every button. Wherever possible (i.e. if there is vector data and styles present in a photoshop file for example, or the icon is simple enough to build), create new icons in the same style for the missing buttons.

All themes now support all available share buttons (except the Contao theme).
