Thanks for this awesome tool! We have been using SURVIVOR, and noticed that SURVIVOR merge with reciprocal overlap (e.g. 70%) doesn't work as expected. It would be great if this percentage overlap is implemented accurately since for large CNVs (> 100,000 kb) merging, percentage overlap is less stringent than say 1000 bp distance based (and this parameter will have to be increased based on SV size) merging.
