merge vcf #145

I merge two caller results in two software, but I had a question that I get two result from two software. Could you help me to deal with. eg:

CHROM POS ID REF ALT QUAL FILTER INFO FORMAT HN10_L3_161161 HN10_L3_161161_1

this is the command which i used. /public/home/pengyan/biosoft/SV/SURVIVOR-master/Debug/SURVIVOR merge /public/home/pengyan/bioproject/05.SV_Ha/09.SURVIVOR/merge_vcf/HN10_L3_161161_vcf_list.txt 1000 2 1 1 0 50 /public/home/pengyan/bioproject/05.SV_Ha/09.SURVIVOR/merge_vcf/HN10_L3_161161_merged.vcf
