SUPP_VEC tag question #157

Hi,

Thanks for developing SURVIVOR, I've been using it for sometime to merge multiple VCFs into a single VCFs. I'm writing to know if there's a possibility to figure out which file the SNPs in the merged VCFs have come from? I'm looking at the results from SURVIVOR which contains ~50 VCFs merged together, but I wanted to figure out where the SNP is most likely coming from. Would this be from the SUPP_VEC tag?
