the location is changing when merge different software SVs #164

I used a single sample with three different SV caller software(dipcall,svim,assemblitcs) to gain three SVsets. Then, I run this code: SURVIVOR merge 3soft.txt 1000 1 1 0 0 50 3soft.vcf. there are different locations in dipcall.vcf and 3soft.vcf,that's why ?

1.Dipcall.vcf 2.3soft.vcf

the location "455935" is marked as INS_16 in Dipcall.vcf, but it is changed to be "INS_17" when merged them
