Are you using a mac?
Yes, it's written in the first sentence. 10.13.3 High Sierra.
Try the following: cmake -D CMAKE_C_COMPILER=/opt/local/bin/gcc-mp-4.7 -D CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=/opt/local/bin/g++-mp-4.7 ..
I have had this in for the other methods, but forgot to add this to the readme here. Sorry for that Fritz
I used your last cmake command and got:
The CMAKE_C_COMPILER:
/opt/local/bin/gcc-mp-4.7
is not a full path to an existing compiler tool.
Indeed, the opt folder only contains one thing: the X11 folder. I have gcc at this location: /usr/bin/gcc
Do I need to install gcc-mp-4.7 and g++-mp-4.7? There is no formula on brew for gcc-mp.
Yes mac seems to like to change the paths. Please try that. Otherwise you would need to dig in a bit using e.g. google as this seems to be a configuration issue on your machine.
assuming you have installed or will install GNU GCC via HomeBrew brew install gcc
:
if(APPLE)
set(CMAKE_C_COMPILER "/usr/local/bin/gcc-9")
set(CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER "/usr/local/bin/g++-9")
set(CMAKE_Fortran_COMPILER "/usr/local/bin/gfortran")
endif()
Hi,
I have followed the instructions to install SURVIVOR_ant on my laptop mac book pro. I got an error after 'cmake ..' that says it could not find OpenMP. I don't know what this is. I looked around on the web to see if I could find an answer but I could not make them work for me. I made sure I have 'open-mpi' installed with brew. I could not find the 'clang-omp' formula in brew. Can you help me, please?
