Figure out InterceptingInjectorBuilder #265

This class builds on Elements to rewrite a Module. I don't think we want it
in core Guice anymore. Perhaps it could be an extension of its own? We
definitely need to move it out of the commands/ package.

This is unfortunate, but the commands extension is now mostly dead code from a 
regular Guice user's 
perspective. I'll work with zorzella to integrate the file into Guiceberry...
