Add a toProvider method that accepts TypeLiteral to LinkedBindingBuilder. #381

LinkedBindingBuilder's toProvider method does not accept a TypeLiteral. I
think this is just a small API oversight and this patch fixes it.

Nope, Googlers don't need to sign any agreements. Patch applied with r998.
