feat: add JSON & CSS formatter #96

Neat feature but I do not see a use case for it in this base theme.

I use this theme as the base for all Hugo sites I build. So I add feature to it that I find useful in most sites I build.

Hi, @frjo I create these theme, but I didnt add use case. Can you let me know how I can generate templete from customized zen theme and add my own shortcodes like search, wrapper?
