Adjustments to URDF files for updated radar and camera poses #21

This is a branch of jose/radar_track_valid_count. Please merge this first.

The robot description is shared between ROS1 and ROS2 (renamed from prius_description, model file is placed in a top level data directory).

A launch for rosbag playback using the recorded mpg files is provided (ros1_ws/src/launch/radar_playback_libav.launch)

Camera model from calibration process has been added.

Some ROSBags with radar tracks and camera images is provided here. Both bag and mpg files must be downloaded together as a set.
