Added instructions to fix private key decryption password prompt on Linux to docs. #128

This pull request adds a reference in Linux installation docs that fixes the issues #124 and #49. This bug happens due to an issue with NetworkManager-strongswan on Fedora Linux and requires manual interaction, guide to which is provided in #127.

The only problem with this pull request is that #127 is entirely on russian, but with using google translate it can be read and understood.
