During the deployment of the change to disable pain.001.013 messages the focus of rules 028, 074, 075 and 078 shifted from the incoming pain.001 message to the pacs.008 message instead, but the indexes that had previously been set up in the database to support the rule queries were not also transposed to the transactionHistoryPacs008 collection in the transactionHistory database.
