Revisit+document Sybrin configuration management

Story statement

As a Fraud Analyst, I want to make use of Sybrin to configure Actio, So that Any config changes are tracked And so that I don't have to work with Json files And so that I can easily see all the typologies and rules configured in the system

Acceptance criteria

Please make sure any configuration changes done to Actio is propegated to Sybrin (eg, descriptions got added to rules and TPs, etc) - and make sure the Sybrin config manager is documented with some how-to guides (how to add new Rule, add new Typology, change typology weights, etc).

• "update all" on rule config
• rule band config:
• • "outcome" must be bool (not string)
• • update rule config button does network calls but not saving anything
• • "minus" button not working (working but not being removed from the list)
• • "parameters" options in rule config not being parsed, eg rule 063: "parameters": { "minimumNumberOfTransactions": 50 },
• • timeframe threshold must be number
• • "no items" under grids

Transaction (Message) Configuration

• Add threshold popup: ID + CFG must be "Typology ID" and "Typology CFG"
• Show Typology ID in the grid
• "Update Message configuration" button breaks config is clicked a couple of times
• "Active" flag to be boolean

Channel:

• Add new typology popup doesn't have Typology ID as an option

• Rename threshold to "Interdiction Threshold"

• Add Rule always adds first rule in dropdown list

• Add Rule we cannot remove a rule in the grid (- button greyed out)

• Pagination on Message Config - creating empty config options break screen

• MessageID field not to be shown on Channel properties
