Re-ingest the Bank A PoC data #301

Acceptance criteria

  1. Deploy the latest version of the platform code (main branch) (specifically the changes to the rule processors for pacs002 time-relative execution, as well as the additional thresholds from the typology processor (which also drops the transaction configuration).
  2. Update the network map to remove all AML typologies and the duplicated typology 045 and add the '000' master typology that includes all rules (except age, geolocation and transaction type rules) (done)
  3. Reload the dependency data (pain.001 to pacs.008) upfront
  4. Reingest the PoC data into the platform at a rate of 1 TPS
  5. Review reporting - descriptions may not be missing from the transaction evaluation results and may have to be merged manually in Arango and the reporting platform
