TADP Logs are not available in Elastic #341

Story statement

As a maintainer of the platform I want functional logging on TADP **So that I can follow the application's work when a transaction is received

Acceptance criteria

  1. TADP emits logs to elastic via the logging service

The default log level is higher than the log events in the processors, that's why there aren't any logs :(
