Postman - remove channel feature #47

User Story

As a Tazama system operator I want to remove the channel feature so that the system is as simple as possible to maintain and configure for an inexperienced user; and so that the system performs as fast as possible at the lowest possible cost

Acceptance Criteria

  1. All Postman tests to be updated (e2e, integration and processor "unit" tests)
  2. All current configuration scripts (via postman, javascript, Newman) to be updated (Docker and Cloud deployments) [Postman repo contains configuration (Configuration - Rule 901.postman_collection.json) and testing collections (1.1. and 4.) for Postman for the "public-only" processors)
  3. references to "channel" removed from the environment files
  4. also the readme needs to be checked for changes (documentation).
