TMS - Remove channel #148

User Story Statement

As a Tazama system operator I want to remove the channel feature so that the system is as simple as possible to maintain and configure for an inexperienced user; and so that the system performs as fast as possible at the lowest possible cost

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Bump the FRMS-coe-lib version
  2. Bump the FRMS-coe-startup-lib
  3. The crsp NATS subject to which the TMS is posting must be renamed to event-director
  4. Update Jenkins jobs
  5. Update env template
  6. Update environment in docker stack - https://github.com/frmscoe/Full-Stack-Docker-Tazama/issues/20
