Seems to work on desktop.

To reproduce: just tap the "extinction rate" HUD icon and try to scroll on mobile.

This actually looks like a firefox issue--can't scroll on firefox desktop either

Strange thing is that a scrollbar is present and you can scroll by dragging it.

Could be a z-index thing?
