End-game badges are completely wrong #189

Just did a simple play through where I only researched biofuels. The end badges showed were: secession, alien encounter, good biodiversity (when it was in the deep red), and electrification.

Ah it's because I haven't actually implemented the functions that check for what badges are applicable 😅
