Change win state to 60 or 80 years instead of 100 years? #200

That would be 12-16 planning cycles instead of 20. The game is already quite long and gets tedious after awhile.

Actually maybe the win state should be about getting temperature, emissions, and extinction rate down? And you have a 60-80 year timer as your lifespan (so that's actually another game-over state)
