For the "The Cthulucene" in-game sequence (around 2055?), the image shown in the background is of a large squid-like Cthullu, seemingly derivative of Lovecraftian cthullu.
Confusing because Haraway also talks about "tentacularity" (as in the quote in that cut-scene), and yet I believe Haraway mentions her use of "cthullu" comes from a Greek word like "kthon", and makes a point to distance it from Lovecraftian Cthullu (which she identifies as problematic.). There's an explanation of this in the intro/first chapteres of Staying With The Trouble
With that in mind, perhaps a different background image for that "cut-scene" could be good?
Also sorry for spellings of "cthulucene" all over the place, I actually think the Lovecraft and Haraway uses of the root are spelled differently?
