After going carbon negative, production changes that reduce carbon are reported as increasing it #254

Have seen this on the latest version on steam at time of writing, and a previous version from a few weeks ago. It happens as soon as the mid-game. After going carbon-negative, reducing carbon-intensive forms of production are reported in the text as increasing emissions.

Thanks for your bug report. Do you still have the game saved where this is occurring? If so, could you reload the save, and then press "Shift-I" to get your session id (you may need to update to the latest version before you can do this), and let me know what it is? Then I can take a closer look.

Hi, did it in a new game, check out session id a0e11443-95ff-3d97-9995-5f59713710fa.
