Cursor reset to top when trying to select paragraph formatting for a caption in an Image #3120

Expected behaviour. In Inline Editor with 2 instances, User should be able to apply formatting for a caption in an Image

Actual behaviour. Cursor is reset to top when trying to select paragraph formatting for a caption in an Image

OS. Windows 10 Pro Version 1803

Browser. Chrome Version 69.0.3497.100

Seeing this behavior in v3 when changing the font size of a caption.
