Edit and delete an image does not work in iframe mode in IE11 #3637

Expected behavior.

The image should be editable after adding it.

Actual behavior.

The image is noninteractive.

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Using this fiddle: https://jsfiddle.net/qsyvn4pf Add an image to the editor by dropping it, pasting it and similar. Click outside the image to deselect it. Click the image again. Note that it is not possible to select the image after it is deselected. Here is the image I used in case that matters: HomerSimpson13.zip
