Quick Insert disappears on mobile #3687

Thank you for great editor. We got weird behavior.

Expected behavior.

Quick Insert button expands and image upload button will be shown.

Actual behavior.

Quick Insert button disappears silently.

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Open following links on mobile Chrome. Also this can be reproduced on desktop with devtool. Steps to reproduction is in the codepen snippet.

Editor version.

We see this with 3.0.5, 3.0.4, 3.0.3

OS.

macOS Mojave 10.14.6

Browser.

Google Chrome 77.0.3865.90
Firefox Quantum 69.0.1

On Chrome it silently gone. but on FF, Quick Insert expands and then disappears.
