imageManagerLoadURL error message ignored #3690

Expected behavior.

In the examples given, it shows that an error message can be returned by sending {error: 'my error message'}

Actual behavior.

When an error message is returned from imageManagerLoadURL it is ignored and instead it says: "No link in upload response."
