When a max height is set a horizontal scroll bar is only visible if you scroll to the bottom of the editor #4066

Expected behavior.

Horizontal scroll bar should always be shown if the content is wider than the editor and a max height is set.

Actual behavior.

Horizontal scroll bar is only shown if you scroll to the bottom of the editor

Steps to reproduce the problem.

1) Go to https://froala.com/wysiwyg-editor/examples/adjustable-height/ 2) Add enough lines to cause the max height to be hit and a vertical scroll bar to be added 3) Add an element with a width greater than the editor bounds (like a table or image)

Images.

No horizontal scroll bar if the vertical scroll position is not at the bottom image

Horizontal scroll bar appears only when you scroll to the bottom image
