Select table cell shortcut does not work in many browsers #4067

Expected behavior.

Select table cell shortcut works on all browsers

Actual behavior.

Select table cell shortcut doesn't work in Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge, and possibly more. Alt-Space is reserved on these browsers for tab management.

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Use the select table cell shortcut (Alt-Space)

Editor version.

v3.2.1

OS.

Windows

Browser.

Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE11
