Resizing videos in IE11 is not working as expected #4077

Expected behavior.

As soon as a video gets focus by a click, it would be able to resize by the blue border, and the pop up menu should be visible above the video.

Actual behavior.

After uploading a video, the div.fr-video-resizer seems to load as expected and the video can be resized. But as soon as focus is shifted from the video, and then returned to the video I'm unable to see the blue resizer nor the pop up menu.

Steps to reproduce the problem.
  1. Go to https://froala.com/wysiwyg-editor/
  2. Upload a video in the editor
  3. The video is uploaded, the pop up menu and resizer are visible.
  4. Press anywhere in the editor that causes the video to loose focus (make it not active)
  5. Press the video.
  6. Another border is wrapped around the video (ie not the blue resizer). The pop up menu is not visible either.
