Expected behavior.

Blank image caption not breaking image editing

Actual behavior.

If you clear image caption the image edit controls are misplaced and not usable until you remove the image caption

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Add an image
make it inline
align it to the left
add text around
add image caption
remove all text from image caption
