Replacing a styled inline tag with a space creates `font color` and `span style` #4365

Expected behavior.

Depending on the CSS, stuff like this is inserted:

<font color="#010101"><span style="background-color: rgb(254, 254, 254);"><i>&nbsp;</i></span></font>
