Table border are not showing when adding Table Header and text in multiple table cells #4473

Expected behavior.

(Table border must showing when adding Table Header)

Actual behavior.

(Table border are not showing when adding Table Header)

Steps to reproduce the problem.

1) Create a table 2) Add table header 3) add text in multiple cells Note: when we get html through editor get method in html table border not applied for further clarity see attach video and below js fiddle https://jsfiddle.net/wo7d23aL/9/
