Word count plugin doesn't work as expected. #4767

Expected behavior.

When wordCounterMax is set to 2, I am expecting user two type maximum 2 words.

Actual behavior.

As a user I am just able to type one word completely. When I type second word it stops taking entry after I type first character

Steps to reproduce the problem.

Type second word as "second".
It will just allow first character to be typed i.e 's'

This issue has been Verified now the user is able to write the words completely within the set limit
