Habitability Plot Clarity #17

Based upon feedback it would be good to make the habitability plot clearer

[ ] Add a toggle for the example planet visibility
[ ] Add a planet to the center of the albedo/ghg-term intersection
[ ] Add hover tooltips for Terra and example planets

Bonus points

[ ] Auto update the surface temperature color map
