No output on the SI5351 #3

Currently, I am getting no output on the SI5351. Checking the SDA and SCL signals using the Logic analyzer on my Digilent Discovery 2 using the I2C protocol produced quite a few errors. The Ardunio was still able to be flashed, and I verified that it could execute another simpler program. After comparing my I2C signals to my project partner's working I2C signals and finding no similarities, I concluded that something had happened to my clock generator. Not sure exactly what happened or why.

My professor was kind enough to send me some clock generators in the mail. As of this comment, I am waiting on them to arrive.
