Tracking: Manitou Messenger is being renamed #377

According to Senate Resolution 06/2020,

Therefore, be it resolved that; the St. Olaf Student Senate endorses the current staff of the “Manitou Messenger” to change the name of the publication to “The Olaf Messenger.”

Be it further resolved that; St. Olaf Student Senate endorses officially changing the name in the first published print issue in fall 2020, during the 2020/2021 academic year.

It sounds as though the newspaper is going to be renamed to "The Olaf Messenger."

We will need to update references accordingly as the transition happens.

I don't see any references to "manitou" in this codebase. I think we can close this! 🥳
