Update favicon #50

I have thought about adding a favicon a couple of times already, but could never find/come up with a suiting one. I am not going to use the image of Tom for it though. It goes beyond the scope of this page and is too much association to him as a person. I always wanted to make it completely clear that this page is not run or officially endorsed by Tom. Using his image would blur this line, while at the same time not being something that Tom himself would do. Also it opens up the whole can of worms with both the license for this particular image and the "rights on ones own image".

As for your alternate suggestion with the big read T, I do like the approach, but it is almost identical to the one from https://www.ted.com .

My thought were something that combines an icon for a map with either a red marker (though this would be very similar to the old google maps favicon) or even a marker with a red t-shirt, but so far I had not the time to either create one myself or find suitable ones under a CC-Zero license that I can combine to create a proper one.
