Addedd Coordinates for the Limehous Town Hall. #72

The Limehouse Town Hall was used as a filming Location for the Video "We Built A Lie-Detector Skeleton From 1927". It has also been used for the Video "Stopping A Laser Beam In Mid-Air" and is beeing used for the current season of the Technical Difficulties. It has also been the filming l9ocaiton for the "Two Of These People Are Lying" Christmas Special. I only added this one location because I am not sure if this location is wanted.

Thank you for your PR and sorry for the wait. In general I prefer not to add the filming locations when they are not relevant, but since this building has been used so often, we might as well put it on the map and the lie-detector video is as good as any to use it with (better then the TechDif videos which usually have their own coordinates). Having one video at this location as the stand-in is sufficient. I adjusted the description to the text from your comment above, so people also know where they might recognise it from. Also the question, I ask all new contributors here: Just out of curiosity, how did you come across the map/the repo (I don't run any analytics, so I just want to use the opportunity whenever I see a name here).

To be honest, I can not remember. Probably just searching for a filming location and after some time I ended up here.
