Subject line says it all. I love how the log reflects the IP4 address! That's a nice touch. I'm using Linode with two sites, the connections IPV6; which IP address appears in the actiivty log. IPV6 for me, not for thee! Speaking of activity logs, password changes aren't working, but they're not being logged, so I suspect password changes aren't happening at all.

I have the same issue; it seems that the IPv6 whitelisting is not functioning properly.
