Add Memory of User IRL Names #5

Add a quick reference command so users can determine who everyone is since discord usernames change constantly.

Not sure we want to store this where anyone not in the server can see it (see https://github.com/frogert/iHackBot/issues/1)

Users should only be able to set their own name in the directory for the purpose of protecting privacy.
