allow to create and import database backups via admin-cp. perhaps add the import-function also to the installation-routine.

As a start for the backup issue, check out the db_backup scripts which I've created recently. They basically allow you to backup selected Frogsystem tables as SQL dump and store them in a predefined directory on the server.

However, there is no way to restore the created backups via admin cp, yet, but that might be implemented later.

I will mark ist for one of the next release. Maybe the script is in a more mature state then. Till then, as it is very simple, you may release it as plugin. (But in fact it is useless for admins with access to phpmyadmin...)
