I tried to complete the English language files. There should be a corresponding English language file to each German language file - which is the case after including those commits. The translations might still be a bit inaccurate or there might even be a few untranslated German lines (not sure whether I did get all those), but in general the English language support has vastly improved.

Besides, I also fixed a few spelling mistakes in some German language files.

Could you pull from the same branch, feature-language-en_US, again? I just made a few changes. See https://github.com/Thoronador/Frogsystem-2/compare/feature-language-en_US for differences to your current alix6_neu branch.
